A thriving land and water community built on regenerative solutions that restore ecosystems, protect vital resources, and support lasting prosperity for those who steward them.

For four generations, my family has lived and worked in agriculture — farming, ranching, and caring for the land. Though my own path has taken me in a different direction, that legacy runs deep and shapes everything I do. I’ve seen the dedication it takes to work the land and the many challenges that come with it.

Along the way, I also gained a different kind of perspective — one shaped by years of civic service and working closely with local government. I understand the complexity of regulations, the importance of environmental goals, and the real-world pressures that land stewards face while trying to balance both business and sustainability.

That experience inspired me to help bridge the gap between policy and practice. I’m proud to bring forward practical, science-based solutions that help land and water stewards overcome long-standing challenges and make meaningful progress toward sustainability — without unnecessary complexity or cost.

This work is about more than products or technology. It’s about partnership, respect, and helping good people do good work — preserving the health of our land and water for generations to come.

Holly Lasky is the Regional Sales Representative for Restoration Ecosystem, where she helps clients navigate complex water, land, and waste management challenges with practical, science-based solutions. With a background in sales, coaching, communication, music, and creative leadership, Holly brings a calm, thoughtful, and relationship-centered approach to every conversation. She is especially focused on helping people make informed decisions that support long-term results.

A lifelong Californian and fourth-generation native, Holly brings deep roots, resilience, and a genuine respect for the people who care for the land and water. She is a multi-certified Sales Specialist, Master Coach, Master Certified Hypnotherapist, International Speaker, Author and holds degrees including an M.A and B.M. in Music Theory and Composition from San José State University and the University of the Pacific, along with a Certificate in Business from Bartmann Business Institute.

Holly's work is grounded in partnership, clarity, and a commitment to helping clients find ecological solutions that are both effective and sustainable.
